The Equitable Group has been actively engaged in the Chicago area real estate market since 1999. We are owners and managers of retail, industrial, office and commercial properties throughout the North Shore and the entire Chicago area.

Biography
JOSH SILVERGLADE has been involved in the acquisition, management, development and financing of industrial, office, commercial and residential real estate for over 25 years. He is currently Managing Director of The Equitable Funds LLC and is the Managing Member of many affiliated limited liability companies with diverse interests in real estate. Josh is a founder of the company and has been involved in all aspects of the company since its inception in 1999.
From 1992 to 1996, Josh was an attorney at the law firm of Altheimer & Gray in Chicago where his practice focused on environmental law and real estate transactional work. He received a Bachelor of Arts degree, with high distinction and honors, from the University of Michigan in 1989 and a J.D., magna cum laude, from the University of Illinois College of Law in 1992, where he was a member of the University of Illinois Law Review. Josh and his wife, Chris, live in Deerfield, Illinois and they have 3 children - Asher, Jonah and Ava.
